Any grade 12 students who are applying to the University of Winnipeg AND wishing to be nominated for major scholarship must speak to Ms. Chase by the end of this week. Deadline for application packages is Friday, January 19. 2. If you are in grade 11 and interested in the possibilty of attending the University of Winnipeg for a week in April please see Ms. Chase. 3. You may not be able to get gym riot points for ordering a yearbook, but you can still order a yearbook. Order your yearbook online before December 29th and receive up to 4 free icons with a paid personalization. After December 29th, icons are $3 each.

 The Rotary Career Symposium provides students with the opportunity to begin exploring potential careers and the world of work.  Grade 10 LWP20S (Life/Work Planning) students will attend the Career Symposium at the Winnipeg Convention Centre on April 17. Buses will leave at 9:00 a.m. and return by 3:15 p.m.  The cost to the student is $3. There will be a course assignment for LWP20S connected to this field trip. Join the Knitting Club ! Fridays

Are you interested in developing a skill that not only provides stress release for dealing with the demands of school life but can be useful? Well, then you need to join The Knitting Club! This is a place where as you learn a skill, you can relax, gain volunteer hours and make a contribution to a variety of charities. All materials are donated and knitted projects will be donated to a charity chosen by the knitters. Kniting Club will be held every Friday in the Library starting this Friday. Doors open at 12:20 and you can bring your lunch. Hope to see you  there.
